This is found on the austarlia site. It looks like there will be two one at the start and the quest will happen yada yada yada then the black dragon will be relased. you may see it in a differant way but thats my guess. Theres four badges aswell:

You cannot say that is is worldwide as .uk may have something totally different lined up, and if they dont it has not come to .uk yet therfore not being .uk news.
