Also yeah sites don't come like this everyday and there looking for around alot of money for that.. coz it's had alot of work put into it as we can see :)..

Hey! I purchased that layout from Lite who got it from the Damo designs place. I request you remove that layout else I will be contacting your host to request that they move it. Or we would come to some kind of arrangement where I sell you the layout. You have 2 days to do one of them before I contact your host.
