1) If it's past the F2P limit you will need to drop items so you can use your bank.
2) You will still wear them, when you take them off, you cannot use them again.
3) you get moved to lumby.

if u still wearing members if its a weapon you will still wear it but youll use fett and so on as it doesent register as in your hand

the stuff your wearing will have no affects on your stats eg if your wielding a dragon weapon it'll still be the same as punching / kicking ;)

Bank part is completly wrong. Store two of everything, like buckets etc. When u take out a bucket, it comes out normally, and u can put it back in normally. U just cant put in any extra stuff u never had in your bank before.
