A question about website..

I was wondering.. If i got a template made or i made one how many of you would have a go at coding or who would code it.. with auto expandable tables or what ever ya call em.. Wid a java script nav one where ya click a sub header and it drops down a list of whats in that section.. Simular to thinkhabbos..

so who would code it for me if i got a template made or made on myself?.
