Ok, so i've just been to the doctors about my knee problem and he says that I might need some cartiledge removed, or I might need reconstruction work.

I hate my knee.

In my foot I could either have an injection into the tissue or deal with the pain.
So I dealt with the pain and I still get it occasionally but not as bad, and I'm used to it now anyway so it doesn't bother me.
