£15 if you buy the weight bands that go inside it, to make it more difficult.
I highly reccomend buy the weight bands.

If you don't mind me asking: How long did it take for you to notice the change?
Well, I had good abs already as I'd been working out before, but I kinda got bored with the same work-out so it's fun to use others.
I noticed my lower abs had improved within 2-3 days.
HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
I mean, if you want good abs, i cant urge you anymore to buy this great

It's really easy to use and its not like you have to set anything up, the thing is with alot of gym equipment is that you have to set it up and that so it kinda puts you off bothering but this is compact and easy to use so its sehr groooooovy XD

You need to find a suitable resistance for you. there is a timer thing on the dvd that helps you figure it out.

a) NO I dont work for them hence post count, I dont post all on this product, but this is the sollution to getting good abs, pretty simple as!
b) You need to grab the handles, fingers facing you, and your elbows should go straight down.

I am really complentating buying one aswell, basically it improves crunches which means that abs will be getting more of a benefit and a better 6 pac;) Any downsides to them? And how long before you started noticing the difference? In addition how many crunches a day did you do before you noticed a difference.

I already had good abs, but in a few days i could still notice a change..
3 days.
Hold each click for about 3-5 seconds. Its brilliant :)
NO downsides to them.
I have weights in them to make it harder, some come with them.

You put them inside, to make it harder, yellow weakest, orange, then red, strongest.
You need the weight bands or its too easy.
