Just so you're aware, we're working on the following problems:
QP capes delete themselves on login even if you ought to be able to wear them.
(Bugfix in testing.)
Emotes don't work for all capes.
(Bugfix in testing.)
Fletching cape unavailable without 40 ranged.
(Will get onto this after other issues are resolved.)
Please don't send bug reports about any of these issues, as we're clearly aware of them!
I wouldn't be surprised if there are more bugs, but we'll get to that in a bit.
So... please be patient, and if you've bought a QP cape, stick it in your bank before you log out!
