Whenever I try and turn on my ipod, i get an error message, plus saying going to ipod.com/support (Although this doesnt help) Then it randomnly starts working again

How can I fix this once and for all please?

you can try resetting the iPod (google how to)

Or if it is still under warety send it back.

It usually means the hard disk is unable to access your music files. You'll usually hear the hard disk struggling to access data when you turn the iPod on. That happened to my old iPod, but I hit it a few times and it started working again. 8)

Try re-setting it and if it's completely broke send it back and get a return from apple!

Beat me to it! I was going to say reset it by pressing the middle circular button and the top arrowed one, if this doesn't work try the trouble shooting part in the manual. :s

Oh you have to take it back. Did it with me. It looks like the old ipod writing. Needs to be REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEturned

When did you purchase this ipod?

Apple have said that one percent of all ipods bought from sometime (I think 11th september) have some sort of virus on it.

If so then return it for a new one.
