Howdy.

Looks like the Habbo X's have changed!

Unfortuatly those Team Leader tools have been removed. :( Also, in addition to this Free HC for Xs has been scrapped too!

Now, why scrap the two tools which I think no one had a problem with, and yet keep the room over-ride which is the most abused and un-supported tool.. It's beyond me as to why! :P

An email was dispatched to all X's who can confirm this too.

I agree with Laurensh1 on this. Minor blocking and flooding instances could easily be dealt with by a trusted Team Leader. Habbo Club shoud be given as a reward for all the help and support they give to Habbo with the advice they give and the events they do.

Room over-ride however, is a wasted tool. They should have kept those tools and HC, and just removed private room over-ride. NL X yourself tells us that on NL this scheme is used, however.. Emma said that all sites world wide have room over-ride in public and private. Maybe I am wrong, however I am sure you confirmed NL did this, and I know Au does too!

Sulake HQ are realy going in the wrong direction on this matter I say!

Just for the record i resigned earlier this week and only announced to the team today. I wouldn't leave because of powers etc, I no longer am on Habbo enough to X and i disagreed with team leaders getting powers from the start. Anyway i think sulake finally come to there senses about powers!

The reason people would apply to be an X now is for room over-ride to win all those lovely super rares in competitions filled up with X'. ;)

When do Habbo X's win more competitions than normal Habbos? I think this is a real good change to the X team, Habbo X's need room-overide at the end of the day to be able to do there 15mins at each login - To be honest with you there isn't many ingame events for X's to skip into. When a a big event is on X's are warned etc. The conclusion to TL lossing there powers is because they don't need them as such - Ignore & Call for help. No HC this stops people applying who do it for HC. Just remember theres more out there than habbo!

we get a warning.. If it happens quickly again (u know VIP's come almost every month) our rights will be gone.. Or X's who did not live the rules lose there badge permanently.

I never said X's should get room overide in guest rooms, What on earth happens these days in habbo that even involves the overide in guest rooms? Habbo X's need some sort of Leiway surely. You can't strip them of everything. It's just part of who they are as a team. Obviously taking it away wouldnt make them any less of a team. I don't see the problem with them having any of these tools. And i can't seem to see why Others.. have this problem with it either? Firstly, I went to 2 streets events as I went 1 hour previous to it starting (Unlike some X's who went to all events 5 minutes into it).

I don't hate the X group at all, I disagree with private room over-ride and that is it and I have valid and understandable points. And I do not goto every event that is on, how would you know that anyway if you only go to some events as an X? ;S

Every X says if I have an issue use the Habbo Help Tool (Which I might note, is just as good as speaking to a tree as we all know), however, what you all are forgetting is Habbox Forum is for discussions and debating things people agree with or not. My heart is not passionate to complain high up to Sulake staff about private room over-ride, if that was the case Emma, Becs, the full shabang would have heard my wrath already (Emma see's it on forums but is never directed to her).

I commented I went to 2 events, which I am certain about because I went to them whilst I was at work and were able to logon 1 hour previous. I only work 2 days a week. During the streets events all I got on console was "Omg blah blah X was in it AGAIN" "Omg it was all X's playing and moving amongst rooms buming the famous person by going in and out of rooms with no issues with their powers" etc etc

Yeah I did have a SOB badge, but I went to 2 events to get personal points, as did EVERYONE else (whether they attempted it or not). ;) I stopped going after 2 when it was impossible for me to catch up on the leader board.

Clones? What planet are you on? You goto events on clones to win more prizes which is not on your normal account? Would you not just prefer to goto events without the ranting on your normal account and if your lucky you might even go to them all!!! :P

This is a forum, we discus things. People who work in Help Centre's do not get room over-ride and yet can do their job perfect. Members of the TechTeam can do their job without the powers! I know a number of people have posted to shutup and that I am jelous, however this is not the case. I am irritated by the unfairness in events and competitions. Accusing users of being jelous, which I know Emma says to her X's who talk to her about room ove-rides, is just an easy way to dismiss users from the topic by trying to humilliate them when its totally out of order when I and they have a perfectly understandable point.

As you said, they need it to get into the Welcome Lounge.. therefore they should only have public room over-ride! Their job description on the sites clearly state they only work in public rooms and thats the only places they should X. Your last paragraph kinda sums up everything I have been saying, and is the reason for my ranting. Due to events in private rooms. So err.. yeah.. *is confused your agreeing with me, I think dan needs a doctor :P*

The reason people did not complain about the VIP badges Callie gave out was because whenever an event took place which required a VIP badge, it would be issued specifically for the event, and 2-3 days later removed.

Evolution however, won the Hotel Manager contest and was the only user who got to keep his badge (Untill fat becs removed it because she can). :P

So yeah... I agree with the post, all except for the streets event who ever was operating that didn't kick X's whom had been to them all, infact!! Tell a lie one did get kicked however they came back in the other room and ended up taking part in the games. :P

However, the FAQ's state you are based mainly in PUBLIC rooms and if I am right the Habbo X faq's were written by Becs or Emma. - How are Safety X different to Habbo X?

Safety X can be found in any public room and their mission is to educate ALL Habbos about personal safety, account safety and tips on how to keep their computer secure. What are Safety Xs?

They're friendly, enthusiastic Habbos who give up their time to roam the public rooms of the Hotel educating Habbos about safety.

Habbo X are usually found in the Welcome Lounge and their mission is to meet and greet new Habbos and to educate them about the workings of the Hotel; such things as guest room creation, pets, furni etc.

Where can I find Habbo Xs?

Habbo Xs will mainly hang about in the Welcome Lounge, but occasionally you will see them in other Public Rooms.

The X Team was never intended to be a mobalised force of Habbos (rather like Hobbas) who were tied into doing lots of tasks. It was always intended as more of a loyalty reward to those Habbos who were most involved in the hotel community. Therefore we're not looking for people to be online 24/7 in the WL helping people we're simply looking for Habbos who *already* liked to give help and advice to others and who simply continue to do that, but with a bit of staff back-up to help them realise a few of the event ideas they've probably always wanted to do and with a few nice 'freebies' chucked in.

If they wanted to have a few event ideas they've always wanted to do (with a few nice 'freebies' which I am assuming meant HC or furnis in X comps - like when people got pink rollers before they were released or aqua rollers which are unreleased) then giving a VIP badge for 1 day every 6 months to those who will go to the event doesn't take that much time OR effort. Callie managed to do it, why can't Emma?

You also have to remember there was only every-so often VIP badges handed out to Habbos at events. For example: the elf games. Given to a group of about 10 people and the users were banned STRAIGHT after the event to have their badges removed.

What im trying to say is X's only need the badge really for public rooms but as im aware they can't set it to just public rooms and not guest rooms - This is the same on all hotels. But if the X's lost there powers to guest rooms from my point of view as a ex-expert i really think no one would be that bothered.

When events were run by the X team and they got a VIP badge to i really dont think it would bother them in the slightest. When is the hotel really that packed with events you even see X's abbusing powers? Fact is the hotel doesn't have that many guest room events anymore and really i dont think that many x's would even go!

The end of the day it's the only advantage X's get is room overide and working in a team all doing the same thing. I was going to move the debate on Callie/Vip badges and how people got them but im sure we all know that one ;)

Just think if you guys really think that X's having room overide is that bad why not report it? And would you all continue to moan if you was asked to be a X? or was accepted after applying? Im not a Habbo X or a Safety X anymore and my views have always been the same... end of the day habbo is a chat room :P
