Yea.. 3 hcs is a good price, today like 3 people wanted to buy and thought 3 hcs was a good price, but they wouldnt buy because rights are not refundable ;/

How many casinos nowadays have refundable rights?

I know why Habbos want refundable rights.. So they buy rights, take bets, win or skem stuff, then ask the owner for the 3 hcs back..
