Looking for Owner of a new Fansite!

Yes, that's right! I'm making a Habbo Fansite and I am looking for a reliable, experienced, owner. Now.. there are some boundary's to who should have the job, these are:

- Must be able to code HTML (Maybe more languages if known)
- Must be able to manage a site.
- Must have experience [Important]
- Must be 14 +

Some information about me:

I have owned 6 sites, 2 being Hosting sites (I can also host our site), 3 being Habbo related sites and 1 being other.

I have experienced in HTML and some PHP + MySQL, I can also create graphics for the site as needed.

I have an enormous amount of knowledge on Habbo if you wnated to know...;) I've owned and managed a website before which has involved coding and things.
