They Certainly Do, and yeah they do drop because there cheaper for a small length of time. However, they pick up after the christmas seasonals have been taking out :] Hope this helps..

Yeh they come out every Christmas, Sulake could take them out this year like they did with the Mistletoe last year but I doubt it because Hollys sell really well.

They always drop to about 7 RD after Christmas, Then you can get about 11 Hollys for your 1.0 Easily :)
