I always see the annocment saying there closed but never see the annocment saying there open. lol..

When the applications open it will be announced here (http://www.habboxforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=4) in the Announcements Forum (http://www.habboxforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=4). And when ithey close it will be announced in the Announcements Forum (http://www.habboxforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=4) too.

All applications that open are announced in that announcements forum. Some departments also announce them on Habbox Today and in the Job openings page if they open for 1 week or longer :).

When applications are open we make an announcement, as we did fairly recently. Applications for a moderator trial have actually just closed today.
