FM06 (Football Manager)

Hi,
Who has Foootball Manager 06? If you do what's your league position? What team are you? How much has you team changed from the real life? What's your carreer path been?

For me;
I started out at Wolves, inexperienced at the game really.
I was sacked whilst we were in 10th, I went to Man City half way through the season, who had just sacked Stuart Pearce.
They were in 15th something like that and at the end of the season we were 7th.
Next season I blostered my sqaud with Didier Drogba, Ludovic Giuly, Rui Costa and a few others, and finished 1st, taking my reputation to world class.
The season after (2008/09) in September we were 15th and performing poorly.
I resigned and went to Arsenal who had just sacked Luis van Gaal.
When I went they were 15th and 10 games later we are now 9th.

I know you probably think Im sad but Im interested to see what your careers have been like :)

Only just got it today. Bought it from the club shop at Carlisle Utd for £15 (apparently each league club get so many copies to sell at discount price)

Only just played my 2nd pre-season game so not much happened yet.

I'm Darlington played half my games and i'm mid table.

Update:
After some great signings and about 10 straight wins we finished second - 5 points behind Chelsea
Ive made a load of new signings for this season - spent 42,000,000, and we're second atm with a game in hand over Chelsea who are top :P

Im gonna try the 07 demo now Ill let you know what its like

I find it impossible to be a rubbish manager lol. Apart from in your first job and you have no idea to tell how good a player is. Eventually you work it all out and become a world class manager lol.

I started with chelsea and won one season, now im in 08 or something, got offererd the england and 2 other countries but i acccepted england job.

You can you just press any button lol. I'm still Arsenal Manager. Also what I forgot to mention in first post was I was offered England job but I declined. Anyway back to now, I'm about to play in the Community shield, and i'm also part-time brazil manager it's great I get two teams in the same game :)
