The reason it is closing at nights is because FI parents are complaining that there kids are staying up too late.

The UK hotel won't close because other countries use it. Yes, FI is used by SE and NO aswell, but they are - give or take a hour - in the same time zone.

This isn't new, other hotels, though I'm not sure which, already have this. I think it's simply so people don't pull all-nighters on habbo and die playing a game.
