It seems to be a bit slow recently, just wait a while. If all else fails use the HHT.

If a code doesn't come back today, e-mail them using the Help Tool making sure you select the Habbo Credits option. Ensure you reply to the auto-responce with the details it asks for :)

They will help. When I had problems, they were pretty speedy too.

:D I texted for 35 creds via SMS. got mine in around 3 seconds of sending It :P. i did it 3 times. I wanted 105 creds lol.
