Ok, lowdetail is safe, but his brother broke into his account, and his brother got him the infractions, not lowdetail, plus lowdetail doesn't play runescape anymore so the guy on lowdetails account may infact not be lowdetail. Also, the way he is typing is very different.

I am not saying this isn't lowdetail, I'm just pointing out some things I heard.
I am not saying lowdetail scams, I dont want infractions.
