Find it too difficult, the easy way is sometimes the best way for me. :)

Good layout athogh not the best way it could have been done it still loosk quite effectived. The only downfal i can see is that the single background layout image could be a issuse with laoding times for slow connections. As a plus the layers dont seem to be sliping to much laike they often do bewteen browsers (firefox and ie have differnt spacing widths)

dont you get subdomains? (there are tiones since the ugrades )

look in big list of free hosting, many will host you free, plsu james has offered also so i woulnt pay freewbe sto remove its ads on its annoyinly slow servise.
