Yeah red dragons in wildy its quite risky they are just below the members gate if you look on the world map.

It depends when you collect them.
My mate used to manage to collect a few 100 a time before been pked, but he went at right times.

there jsut at the far end of wildi i had a couple of hundred but gave em away when my members ran out :[
jsut go with nothing on and go around the side carefully , if you die you can always keep 3/4 if your not skuleld that way

No it wont. If you pick the right server there shouldn't be a problem, I used to make money doing that when I first became a member.

You can not use any form of teleportation after 20 wilderness, besides levers!

Not really, I use it quite often to do clue scrolls, havent been pked at the lever ever. (try server 36)

Good luck, if you find anyone inside the Isle it's usually just people ranging the red drags, not pkers.

You could buy them, cant you grow them aswell if your 59 farming.
I've used ardy lever lots, never been pked there. Except once when I guy waiting at the lever attacked but it was easy to just quickly pull the lever and escape.
Oh btw if you make your way to Rogues castle in high wilde there is a special surprised waiting for you. The chaos elemental.
heck even if youre not close it will teleport you near it and uneqip your items then kill you

dont go to the server with least amount of players thats where pkers / clans go, go to worlds like 111,118,90 and 49 barely anyone pks on those servers.
