Sometimes the amount of people who apply for open positions far outweighs the amount of jobs available and therefore even if they have good applications we can't always hire him.

Well last applications the current forum manager opened required a very clean record meaning no infractions or warnings at present meaning you probably will only be picked if you have been recommended a lot by other admins/smods/mods.

Other jobs at habbox are not effected by the number of infractions you have however if you mis-behave whilest staff, you will be removed from the team(s) you are in ;).
