I'm trying to get the watch.

I spoke to the monk, but now hes making me do something involving cogs.

Is there anyway to skip this/get a guide on the cogs?

I've done 3 of the 4 cogs, one more to do.

Yeah

In the highest circled area, you talk to the monk.

But he talks to me about cogs, not the watch.

If you go down stairs where the monk is, your in a dungeon. Theres 4 cogs in there, I've done 3 of them theres 1 I can't do.

And do you need a clue to get it?

yess u need a clue with coordinates in to get him to give u the watch

Where the monk talks to you, there should be another guy there? correct me if i'm wrong, or try the next room in the same house, thats who I talked to, I got watch or sextant, I can't remember, it was time ago.

Anyways yea you HAVE to do his quest before you can get the watch
