hi i need advice my uncle died of cancer around this time last year and i didnt feel upset then but i am now what should i do
please help!

Well my auntie died with it 2 years ago and at the time i wasnt bothered. I just got on with life but after about 6 months it really hit me. I felt emotion towards her. I suggest you just do things to take your mind of it. Meet up with firends, play sport, anythnig you enjoy. It worked for me and after a while i got over it. :D

Its always going to be hard at anniversaries of deaths. If the fact they have gone is getting you down then try and think of other things like the good things you did together, look at some photos and Im sure itl all be ok.

Just remember the good times, and remember her spirit is always there. If you wanted to make contact with her you could go to one of these spiritualist churches - there's one near me and the medium managed to get in contact with my nan.

thanks everyone but the problem is he lived in america because he owned a shooting ranch but the reason im sad is because i never got to spend time with him and the worst part is he promised i could go to america this year to visit him
