Make an accont on a picture hosting site such at www.photobucket.com and upload it to the server of them and then take the img link that they give you and post it here and POOF it pops up.

I find using Photobucket and Imageshack as a combo works best. In order to convert files to bmp post them on imageshack and then put them on photobucket. Hope you solve your problem and figure it out!:p
