YouTube/DailyMotion problem [+rep]

Okay, whenever I watch a YouTube or DailyMotion video, I click play and it starts playing and loading, but after 10 seconds, the video goes to the beginning and stops and when I press play, nothing happens.

Anyone else had this problem and/or can solve it? + rep to any useful replies.

Yeah, you have to wait to load. Sometimes happens when I'm using youtube.

Used to happen to me a lot, i just wait until i can view it again, or close the internet and try again.

It always happens though, on both web browsers, and no matter how long I leave it to load, it ALWAYS stops.
