if you mean insert it into your website
upload it via your ftp (copy and paste the files in to it is faster)
and then go to www.YourDomain.com/ if you uploaded it there or if u putted it in another one go to www.YourDomain.com/diconary*

how do you make a template?
How do you upload a site or templet?
