I didnt try to make Rachel, Ross Monica Joey or Chandler because they might be to hard but i did Gunther easily.

Its just a normal habbo and on paint u changed hair colour with bucket tool

You should try and make it more of an alteration by adding things that are your own creation like someone said above an apron etc.
