How old did you start to realise you are gay?

Believe it or not i can remember knowing when i was 6, i was toooooo young to understand it fully, but i know what i was, its hard to explain...
god i was soo young.

and what was your stages?

mine was:

Instant acceptance (6 yrs) > thinking "mabey im not... i hope im not... (11-12 yrs)" > Wishing i wasnt (12)> i am what i am. 13+

(im 15 now and nearly 16)

But um, I was about 11. In major denial of course.. Until about late 12/early 13. Now I'm 15.

I think I was about 12 when I realised I was bi'. Accepted it straight away. No big deal ^_^

I've always known I was gay. I've always looked at guys walking up the street. I accepted the fact I was gay during the 6 weeks after year 7 going into year 8. So 12? :P

I am personally straight but I think it may be ALL teenagers go through a 'Questioning their Sexuality' stage usually during puberty thinking they are gay. This results in homophobia because they don't want to be gay. Meh everyone goes through the stage wether they want to deny it or not so alot of your results maybe people going through this stage of puberty. I have always known I'm straight on the pure basis I find females attractive and don't find males attractive.

I know im attracted to men, and i will choose men over women any day, but when i see a buff (sorry slang) - good looking- girl walk buy it doesnt stop me from checking her out. i never feel anything sexual towards women, just men.

anyway there is this simple test you can do to find out if you are or not, i saw it in a newspaper a cpl of years ago.

place your hands flat on a table, if your 2nd and 4th fingers are the same lengh you are str8, and if they are different you are gay. it worked for me and everyone else i told it to. what do you think?

also if this was proven would it prove you are born gay?
