Hey folks! Just to remind you all that the clocks go back as of Midnight tonight! This will mean we go from BST (British Summer Time) to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
In other words it's an extra hour's sleep hehe :P

found this on a website.
End of BST, 29 October 2006
At 2.00 am on 29 October clocks and watches will need to be set back one hour as British Summer Time (BST), the UK’s daylight savings time, comes to a close.
Throughout the winter months we will be using Coordinated Universal Time (almost identical to Greenwich Mean Time or GMT). At 1.00 am on 25 March 2007 civil time will return to BST and the clocks will move forward by an hour.

well no not really, unless you are at school when the clocks change... because you will still spend the same amount of time at school won't you?

But physically speaking, it takes a while to ajust to the change so it feels like there is an extra hour because *technically* there is.
Anyway this is getting off point..
Just don't forget to change your clocks ;)
