I honestly think it was suicide. This was way back in 1994, but I'm bringing it up ebcause of his recent appearance in the news by overtaking Elvis as the world's richest dead person. Kurt was a really cool guitarist and made Nirvana really famous although they lasted just 5 years. I don't think anyone would want to murder Kurt, but I think he comitted suicide due to personal reasons.

I used to hate Kurt and think he was selfish for killing himself. But I read up on wikipedia about his death, and downloaded Nirvana's "Nevermind" album and now I love the guy. I think he got murdered by Courtney ]:

i've never really looked into kurts death. obviously, i knew he was dead etc but i always thought it was a definite suicide? i never knew there were possibilities he was murdered?

Suicide - when he was a kid people asked him what he wanted to do when he was older and he replied "I want to be really famous then kill myself and go out in glory".

There's endless possibilities and I think if he was murdered his murderer should be bought to justice now. If he was murdered they've been on the loose for 12 years, and the plice haven't done much into the inquiry.

when he died there was a load of *the drug which pete doherty injects and is filtered for some reason* in his system, so anything could of happened.

unless you know what courtney was thinking at the time, that's bullcrap.
she could have had a million reasons for wanting to kill him you don't know about, and she was high on drugs.

Suicide. Everything points to it. Yes, there are some signs that point to murder, but WAY more that point to suicide. I like to think of it logically: Most (probably all) sites etc which think it was murder, have no clue what the scene looked like. But the police, who determined the outcome, did. If there was ANYTHING that made it seem like a murder, the police would have done a very big investigation, but they determined it was suicide almost immediatly.

Im a big Nirvana fan, and I can say with confidence that it was suicide. Any real Nirvana fan should leave it alone in my opinion, the last thing Kurt wanted was more attention.

Courtny Love isnt that smart. Everyone says "Shes on drugs!"--but thats the reason she couldnt have murdered him. It would take a mastermind to make it look like a suicide like it did and... well... that cant be Love.

Lead singer of Nirvana, died in 1994 at the peak of their fame. Pretty funny, theyve come out with more CD's and songs while he's been dead than when he's alive.

That site quoted on the first page of the thread did mention an accomplice who could have thought it all up, but good point anyway.

I saw something in the paper about the richest dead people and he was top 10 if I remember rightly.

He was the 1st. Probably because of the box set that came out last year, and Love selling rights to some of the songs.

I'm not sure, experts are unsure aswell, the thing is he took an overdose as well as shooting himself. Why would he shoot himself aswell as taking an overdose is the suspicious thing...

He tried to commit suicide once before by overdosing, so he was probably afraid he would fail again.
