Try inverting colors, and you sort of see it better.
He made a hc sofa a 3 seater, then made the middle seat out more, then behind it is like a glob/monster.. well.. thats what i think..

erm isnt it sposed to be from the monsters eye, like in arnies film predator, where the alien dude see's everything in wierd colours and distorted. i think thats what they have done.
