I have proved that dogs can look up! this is my dog called buster and my lil bro was up a tree so meeeehhhhh!

I think people meant dogs can't look up when their head is pointing forwards and not up lol.

Your dog isn't looking up with its eyes. Its looking up with its head, so really it can't look up like us humans can.

Hmm, my 26 dogs look up, when im feeding them in their cages (there human, they have plenty of room, but i breed and you know) the look at me and im kinda tall :p

bk 2 the subject about dogs lookin up the ppl tht sed dogs cnt look up r silly coz ya kno wolves lift their heads up un the air wen the howl n they r a type of dog so if they cudnt look up how can wolves do tht??

Because wolves are different to dogs. They are a type of dog but have evolved differently.
