That's very strange, because me and other mods can. :s

The box says "Latest Infractions Recieved" so perhaps it is only the more recent (i.e the latest five) you can see. Like reputation for example, where you can only see the latest ten.
Although Moderators and other members say you can see if you have more than one page :s
