View Full Version : This girl...
There's this girl who I've known for about half a year now and we only just a few months ago became good friends, and I thought she had feelings for my friend, but it turned out she fancied me, so we went out. Now it has been a few weeks since we broke up, and I really do miss her, my friend said that I should get back with her and I said I want to but I duno. Now apparently she has said to him she still has feelings for me and everytime I see her or speak to her on the phone or msn I just want to ask her out, but I can't bring myself to do it for some reason, I suppose it's becasue I don't want to get rejected by her and know that I have no chance at all, even though my friend said she still likes me. Now I am going to her house tomorrow with another friend and I want some advice on waht you think I should do.:s
Dude, you should ask her out. If you only split up a few weeks ago, there's every chance she still has feelings for you, especially if your friend said she has.
Good luck,
Rob
Kk thanks mate, it's just I'm one of these shy people, but tonight things did seem really good between us :D
I'm a shy guy. I give advice, but I never use my own advice. I haven't had a girlfriend for.. God knows.. 2 years? I suppose I'm just not confident enough to ask the girl I've fancied for 2 years out. I'm scared of rejection and ruining my friendship with her.
Back to you. Who dumped who? Did you dump her or did she dump you?

Try and sort out why you guys broke up, that might help.
But if she still likes you and you still like her there must still be something there. You've been going out before so I doubt she'd reject you sweetie, maybe she is thinking what you are and is to scared to say something.
Just try and hint to her if you dont want to say anything.
In the end you'll either ask her out or not, just depends if you take the opportunity to.
Good Luck
Well we broke up I suppose becuase in school I act a bit differently around some people and she didn't like that, but I promised her I'd act like the real me and I have been doing so. I suggested breakig up because she didn't like how I'd been acting, but she said she didn't want to and in the end it was kind of a nuetral decision.

Someone said this once: if it doesn't work the first time, then it wont work again ;)
Well that can't always be true now can it, my nan and gradad split up once, and then they spent the next 30years together.

There nothing to lose, just ask her.
Just go for it, and always do it in person not over msn/phone/text/friend.
