If they did the updates at 3am it would cause problems for the americans at their prime time. I believe 55% of runescape players are american, can't remember where I read that though.

Edit - by the way Rossco if you're collecting bronze arrows on tutorial island I believe they get taken away from you as soon as you get to lumbridge.

unlucky, i suggest you make new account adn get bronze arrows til you reach 15k then go to lumby and lose them all
