Idiots guide to pking?

Hey there, since my range pure has got to 70 range and 48 combat it's about time to pk. (atleast i think)

one thing.. i'm absolute rubbish at it :rolleyes:
has anyone got any tips for a range pure, or a link starters guide?

i've attempted a few times, and died all of them :$

Basicly what TheMagicMen just said BUT, try and PK within level 1-20 in a place where only one person can attack you. And get some runes to teleport if you dont wanna die if your about to. ;] Good Luck ;D

Yup, basically what they said. I would recomend you go to edgeville and fight people the best ranger pk set for your pure would be: Coif + Leather Body + Black Vammys + Black Chaps + Power Ammy + Magic Shortbow use that with Sharks + Range Pot. When fighting people use the MSB special when your opponet reachs about half. I recomend to safe unless your fighting mages, melees. Good luck PKing and nice pure!

That does it quite good and you would kill alot of mages + hit 11s


And range pot if members

I'm not really a ranger, but my friend told me over msn that it's a good idea to stay below 25 wildy, and bring plenty of food, preferably sharks.
Also, attack from places where you're out of sight, and try luring them into obstacles. Ammy of accuracy would probably be more effective than ammy of power. Mage short and some pots.
Try and save the special for a time when they're reasonably weakened.
