Well, if she has a BF; that means she's cheating. So she's kind of cheating on both of you because she hugs + kisses you + has a BF. I think you should tell her to lose the other guy if she wants you and if she truly loves you then she will do anything for you.

You'd be surprised at how many 15 year old girls would appreciate something like that. I know I most certainly would have... In any case, she seems like a tease to me. It's not fair to either you or her boyfriend that she's flirting with both of you this way. I vote for you to do what LaffyTaffy said, and just say straight out to break it off with her boyfriend if she really loves you. Or you can take the cowards way out, and wait for her to break it off on her own, but there's no guarantee that'll happen, and you'll just end up wasting your time. Think about it. Do you really want to be taking this from a girl, even if it is a "fit" one? She could just be playing you. But I suppose, in the end it's up to you..

I think the best thing to do is to tell her to choose between you and him. If she does love you like she says, she'll choose you. But if she just wants attention, like others have said, then she'll probably hesitate and put it off.

People have trouble being sensitive, or saying the word 'love'.
So we usually try to make things more casual, it's not gonna go down well if you go up to her and start reciting some Romeo and Juliet rubbish.
But obviously she wants attention, so it depends if you want to give her that attention. Some girls hug and kiss every person in sight, but if it's just you, then she must feel something.
