I disagree, I think it's worth more than a 5.
Maybe it might not look as good zoomed in, but as it is, it looks great. Also, the swimming pool on the terrace looks a bit 2D. Maybe something could be done to prevent that?

That doesn't mean it's ripped. He just took the template but made everything else. Just like people edit habbo furniture. :)
