That he should save as a JPEG?! Also, it's really well done; in my opinion, Habbo alts are hard, and this is a good job. Probably took a while too. Like to see him in the green swimming thong though :P

for all the people that say JPEG sucks, if you save on a different file then paint you normally have the option to view the amount of compression.
