Hi people! I am having the worst sinus problems which are so blocked up I feel like im wearing glasses! my nose is too blocked to blow because my ears hurt.
Could someone reccoment anything to help?
P.S. I have tryed the towel over my head (hanks to the cold thread) but it has irritated my sinuses even more! :s

I dont know... you should ask your dad or mum oe ask your Doctor :)

I have but they said it looks painful. I might be going to the Doc. but im wondering first *trying not to waste there time* if its just a bad sinus cold.

Well if youve got a cold then just live with it Thats what I do :)

When I have that i do exercise. Run around, get warm and sweaty, it makes your nose run then blow it all out!

I will advise you to breathe out of your mouth for obvious reasons...

When i had a flu i took a walk around the block takes it all out of you its refreshing...

This may sound odd, but try smelling 'weed'. Once I had a really bad cold, all blocked up, I walked past someone smoking it and my nose just cleared.....

Thanks, Errmmm Ill see if I can find someone taking weed. :) This is going to be tricky!

Lol maybe it was a one off. Try getting a good nights sleep, take Night Nurse liquid or something. It works with me, I feel better for it in the morning.

Well I Have been taking medicen but it only unblocks it for a short while. Still I keep up he early nights. Thanks.

use vicks vapour rub put a little bit unda ur nose it unblocks ur nose quick n drink lots of hot drinks n ur cold shud go!! :D

I've got the same problem, my eyes are just constantly watering, and I can't breathe out of my nose. I also get that "Oh god I'm going to sneeze" feeling in my nose, but I don't sneeze. Very annoying >=(
