To be honest, I look at myself and think i'm ugly. But no one else sees it. It's probably just you, people find it easier to spot their own inperfections and criticize themselves, i'm sure other people don't see half the bads things that you see in yourself. :]

If gelling your hair looks bad, then don't do it. You could get your hair dyed, and grow it so it just hides your eyebrows. Moisturise your elbows if they're rough, you can probably get moisturiser from your local supermarket or you parents might already have some. If you haven't got enough calcium in your diet, you could add more dairy products and milk to your diet.

If people say you don't look that bad, then you probably don't. It's all about confidence, and writing out a list of everything you can fault yourself with and calling yourself ugly isn't going to help..

We all dislike how we look at times, but its normal not to be perfect.
Somedays when I look in the mirror I dont like what I see but I remember tomorrow I will look different at alot of people are going to remember what I looked like last wednesday. no-one is 'ugly'. Everyone is beautiful/pretty in their own way. like someone may have really nice hair, and others may have nice eyes. Try and see the best of yourself. Think of all the negative points of yourself, and turn them around to positive points, and try and sort out how you could make it better. Ask your mum/dad to buy you some things, and tell them what is worrying you, they can help. Just because you think your 'ugly' doesnt mean people think your ugly. You have your own beautifulness, you just have to look and see what it is.

your nails are actually low in zinc, anyway you do sound ugly but die your hair blonde use make up to covor freckles, use cream on your elbows, put nail varnish on your nails, your eye brows are o being light
