Very nice, I see it's coming along well. Hope to see the finished version soon.

However, there's a couple of errors.

-On the stairs, the design on the wall doesn't match it and isn't a straight line down (there's a couple of pixel errors)

- The sofas aren't aligned (the ones next to the wall)

I think it's a very lovely alt.

Maybe there are some little pixel eroors here and there, but it looks great.

Those are really steep stairs! Would hate to trip on them! I suggest moving the long seater away from the bar/counter. Maybe add access to the top part above the bar room? Like add some tables and chairs:
For downstairs: Tables and chairs from the Crouching Habbo (HC Public Room)
For upstairs: Maybe some deck chairs (forgotten the place) and some tables and chairs from the Lido?
But apart from that it's looking great. 7/10 for WIP
