well normally after i have ate something i do some exercise so like if i have a cooked dinner which is gonan be tonight fish veg and some chips ( kindas fatting but i cant say anything)

Will it hurt doing some crunches and sit ups half a hour after meals. plus i use 6second abs in the week but not on weekends

im just wondering if i do these excersies after food will it effct me in a bad way and also if any of you have any good diet plans could u link me :)

You shouldn't exercise after you've eaten, its best to wait 1 hour.
If you want to burn calories from your dinner of, I think you should do something else instead of 'weights' e.g. Running, hard now it gets dark though.

yeah :) ty but it gets dark to early ill just get the good old dancemat out :D

Dancemat is very good for working out and it even works out your calories:) I suggest waiting 1hour+ after your meal and then going on the dance mat, not only is it helping with exercise but it's fun - I know from experience:P

:) lol yay craig likes dance mat hmmmmm we should have a stand off :) Lol yeah its fun cause i always put iot on hard and standard :)

yeh dancemats are cool. I have 2 and I put them together its so hard lol.
