Okay, I have been trying to get a radio stats to work for ages now but everytime I try it won't work! I have tried several different stats but a lot of people have recommended a new one i'm using but like the others it does exactly the same thing, meaning it dosplays this message when you go to view the stats:
Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen (http://www.habbostyle.net/stats/function.fsockopen)]: unable to connect to shout07.no-ip.info:8034 in /home/habbosty/public_html/stats/radio_stats.php on line 14

I have checked line 14 which is this:
$scfp = fsockopen("$scip", $scport, &$errno, &$errstr, 30);
can anyone identify the problem and tell me why the stats won't work!
