What's a good room to build?

I really want to make a decent room that people would actually use, other than a Trade room.

What type of non trade room would YOU use most?

theme rooms look nicest, but not many rooms do get used tbh, they're all the same you see on pop list.

Well theme rooms are OK, but no real point in my opinion. I would do like a help desk perhaps or something along those lines where you can hire people.

Make a Models or Mafia room, that seem to stay pop for ages? :P

Gaming rooms. I spend all my time on Habbo in gaming rooms. Perhaps a costume change or mario karts.

giveaway room, everyone flocks to them,

if its rare giveaway, you can prob make 6 room fulls of them :p
