Atomic Panel Layout Needs Coding

I desprately need this layout coded. Im all ok at php but when it comes to coding layouts, quite frankly, i suck!

There will be pay for anyone who can code this EXACTLY how it is in this picture, gradient and everything. And text EXACTLY THE SAME. Also please could u label the boxes.. And the blank white bit in middle is content...

im kinda tempted since the design would be painfuly easy to do via css/divs... although this is only becuse i have a massive amount of computing work i dont feel like doing "/

The coding on this layout could be pretty hard because of the background, and if you want the layout to stretch, then you'll have to call in the pro's or at least give some sort of reward.
