Very easy to use once you get used to it. I find it easy to skin if i have to as i found a Dreamweaver Plugin that I just put the cursor where i want then press a button (such as Menu) and it will insert the php code for the menu. Im not sure where i downloaded it from though.

I don't like it.. I like make my own things and putting things where I want them. I hateee skinning them.. the worst things to skin:

Joomla
ClientEXEC

Easy to write content, etc.
And pretty easy to skin if you have the layout you want and the codes for certain areas.

I have Joomla, it's easy to skin but I want to be able to put stuff where I like. It takes hours to edit out all the bits that say Joomla too. If I were you I wouldn't bother.
