Waist to Hip Ratio

Was watching the clothes show thing on telly last night and it said to measure your waist in inches, and divide it by your hip measurement in inches, to get your waist to hip ratio.

And apparantly, the most attractive body shape would have a 0.7 ratio, so the nearer yours is to that, the betterrr.

so like, work yours out innit :P

There's a few things like that. Like your head should be 14% of your height. So take your head height, and divide it by your whole height. The closer it is to .14, the better.
