Just a thought, but at the rate Google are going do you think they'll overtake Microsoft's immense billions? Eventually they will, now that Bill Gates has stepped down a gear.

No they won't - end of.
Microsoft sell too many products which will still benefit Mr Gates' billions, where as Google get most of their cash from Advertising which isn't as valuable as 'Microsoft'. Microsoft has a bigger market-share than Google anyway.

Market share in the urmm I forgot the name Carl, search market thing (has a special name) like ask/msn search etc. Although that Microsoft and Google are in different market segments and they both pretty much dominate their segments Microsoft still has an overall 'larger' market share.

No. Because Google's income is pretty constant. They cant do much other than come out with new searches. Microsoft has too much it can possibly do.

Google Will Never Catch Up ith Microsoft, Computer Technology Gets Bigger & Better All The Time, And When Technology Expands, So Does Microsoft
