Hi.
Im trying to come up with a nice template for my Media Company.
So far I have come up with design, could you please comment on it and tell me the good points (if any) and the bad points about the design.
Click on the links below to view the template:
Main Index: http://img300.imageshack.us/img300/5001/vertigoindexws5.gif
Page Design: http://img300.imageshack.us/img300/796/vertigocontentsa5.gif
So you know, im hoping to code it in expanding tables so please tell me if you think it would look better in Expanding tables or just plain PHP Includes & iFrames.
Thanks

That was the point of the template, simplicity ;]

Lets see it with some text over the top.
And theres a big difference between Simplicity and Plain.
With some text as an example, it may be really nice :)
Well sone!
If you want it simple try making it light.
And the VOLTER font and the style you have used it doesn't go with that layout.
And it looks kinda habbo-ish.

I agree with Joe, it has some real potential although you need to distinguish between the words 'plain' and 'simplicity' they are two words with not any relation.
tbh imo no m8

Thanks for the comments, ill take them into mind and try to re-do the template a bit.
And also "But it's spelt "Company's", well im a bit confused then as the UK Government House of Companies site spells is companies and so does the BBC.

It depends on your nationality but I can confirm the plural of company is 'companies' by English grammar standards.

Companies is the plural.
My Company's Template means that the web template is owned my the company.
My Companies Template doesn't make sense. =]

If somebody says:
That is Joe's cake.
It essentially means:
That cake belongs to Joe.
My Company's template means:
The template that belongs to my company.

I've spotted an error on the sub-page, where the 1px border meets the content bar at the top, it looks to be a 2px border on the left, but 1px on the top and right? It looks alright, but I think black for that type of template is wrong.
