Are you talking about where the name is derived from...? It's a contraction of 'weeping,' as in "waaa I'm so sad I weep *+*+ EMO CRY *+**+," and 'bell' as in ding dong church bell's.

Actually I did make a lvl 2 Caterpie win the pokémon league by giving it invincibility and max damage with a Gameshark ;)
